LLC certificate of formation
The certificate of formation (Articles of Organization) is the document filed with the State of Florida, at the Department of State (Division of Corporations), that legally creates the company. Put simply, it is proof that Fine Wolf Group LLC exists as a legal entity of its own, separate from the people who run it. By itself it does not authorize any regulated activity: it only proves that the company was formed and registered.
Each field has a purpose. Legal name: the exact registered name, Fine Wolf Group LLC, which must appear on proposals, contracts and communications. Registration: Fine Wolf Group LLC, formed in the State of Florida. Date of formation: February 2026. Principal address: the headquarters, in Miami, Florida. Management: Marcia Pereira and Rosângela Martins, both partners and founders. Status: active.
How to check: the name and the date shown here must match the certificate. Any discrepancy should be raised with the desk, which replies in writing.
Official company data
This is the information that identifies the company in every communication, and it appears in the site footer. It comes from the certificate of formation and the company’s tax records, and must be identical on proposals, contracts and receipts.
Legal name: Fine Wolf Group LLC. Legal form: limited liability company (LLC) formed in the State of Florida, United States. Headquarters: Miami, Florida, United States. State registration: Fine Wolf Group LLC. Tax identification: Fine Wolf Group LLC. Activity: OTC P2P stablecoin desk, with intermediation and direct service. Responsible: Marcia Pereira and Rosângela Martins. Official contact: contato@finewolfgroup.com and WhatsApp +1 (305) 519-1799, business days 9 AM to 6 PM and Saturdays 9 AM to 1 PM, Miami time.
Fine Wolf Group LLC is an independent company. It does not make investments, does not offer yield and does not hold client capital: in P2P trades, the two parties settle directly with each other.
Licenses and registrations
A license is the permission a public authority grants to carry out a regulated activity; a registration is the company’s entry in an official register. Which ones apply to a stablecoin desk depends on what the company actually does, where it serves clients and how funds move.
Three fronts are assessed for every operation. (1) Federal registration of businesses that transmit or exchange value (money services business), with the U.S. Treasury’s financial crimes enforcement network. Status: active. (2) State licenses for money transmission or digital assets, depending on the state where the client is located. (3) Internal policies on anti-money laundering and know-your-customer, which the desk applies to every verification. Policy of February 2026.
Terms of use
The terms of use set out the rules of the relationship between the desk and the client, in plain language. They apply from the moment you request a quote or accept a proposal.
1. What the desk does. It intermediates P2P stablecoin trades, checks each step and follows each one to the end. 2. What the desk does not do. It does not hold client capital, does not offer investments, yield or returns, and does not guarantee price, rate or the absence of risk. 3. Verification. Before any proposal, the desk checks identity and the source of funds; without this, there is no trade. 4. Written proposal. Amount, asset, network, payment method, timing, brokerage and spread are stated in writing and only apply once you confirm. 5. Prices. The quote shown on the site is a market reference and not an offer; the price in the proposal prevails. 6. Payment and settlement. Each party settles directly with the other, by ACH, Wire, Zelle or Pix, and should only move funds after the proposal is accepted. 7. Client responsibilities. Provide truthful information, use your own accounts and wallets, and check network and address before sending; blockchain transactions cannot be undone. 8. Refusal and termination. The desk may refuse or stop an operation in case of doubt about identity, source of funds or a legal requirement. 9. Governing law and venue: Miami, Florida, United States. 10. Effective: February 2026.
Risk notice
Trading digital assets involves risk, and you should understand it before any operation. This notice explains the main ones; it is not a recommendation to buy or sell.
Price and peg risk. Stablecoins aim to hold a value close to one dollar, but may move away from it temporarily or for long periods, because of failures of the issuer, the reserves or the market. Issuer risk. USDT, USDC, DAI and PYUSD have different issuers and mechanisms, with different risks. Network risk. Blockchain transactions are irreversible: a wrong address or network can mean permanent loss. Counterparty and payment risk. Methods such as ACH, Wire, Zelle and Pix have timings, limits and the possibility of dispute or a hold by the bank. Regulatory risk. Rules on digital assets change and may affect the operation. Operational and scam risk. Be wary of promises of yield and of requests for deposits; Fine Wolf Group makes neither.
The desk does not hold client capital, does not offer investments and does not guarantee results. Only trade amounts you understand and can afford to lose, and consult a professional if you have questions about taxes or legal treatment. Version 10/2026.
